Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a MA license, ACLS/BLS, and Level 1 trauma experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Operating Room setting within a hospital
- Day shifts, three 12-hour shifts from 10:45 to 23:15
- No weekends and no on-call responsibilities
- Provides care to surgical patients in a Level 1 trauma environment
- Responsibilities include providing skilled perioperative care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Two professional references required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher
- No previous disciplinary action on nursing license permitted
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
- Previous Level 1 trauma experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Must be able to pass a pass/fail EKG test
- Candidates must live at least 200 miles from the facility for consideration
