Job Details:

• Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time)

• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)

• Duration: August 2025 - May 2026

• Pay Rate: Up to $62/hr (based on experience)

• Location: Greeley, CO (on-site)

Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations for K-12 students

• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

• Collaborate with teachers on classroom accommodations and RTI strategies

• Utilize evidence-based practices and adaptive technologies

• Serve diverse populations, including bilingual students

• Maintain accurate documentation per Colorado special education requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Colorado Department of Education SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• ASHA CCC-SLP (Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision)

• Experience with school-aged populations preferred

• Knowledge of MTSS frameworks and special education law

• Strong collaboration and time management skills
