Shift: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (8 hours/day + 30-min lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gross surgical tissue specimens per day.
• Perform frozen sections as needed.
• Utilize Voicebrook dictation templates for documentation.
• Work within Cerner EMR for patient and specimen data.
• Collaborate with pathology team and support staff in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Adhere to all departmental standards, quality measures, and turnaround expectations.

Certifications:

• Must be Board Certified in the appropriate specialty (as required for Pathology Assistant).

Licensure:

• Active Montana license or IMLC accepted.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in surgical specimen grossing.
• Ability to perform frozen sections independently.
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient pathology workflows preferred.
