You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients experiencing a wide range of medical emergencies. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments. Make critical diagnoses and treatment decisions in fast-paced situations. Perform essential emergency procedures. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and manage patient care plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Document medical records accurately and thoroughly. Who You Are Board certified in Emergency Medicine (BC/EM). Active Florida medical license is mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine is preferred. You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of medical emergencies. Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. You have exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team is a must.
