*THIS UNIT HAS THE CONTRACT END ON SUNDAY NOT SATURDAY
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrs
• Shift Requirements: 12 hour day/night variables
• Float Requirements: AWH all inpatient units, as needed. Typically will float to higher acuity units
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend. Every other holiday
• Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years experience required- firm on this. .. Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU experience REQUIRED. ICU experience, preferred. Trauma Level II preferred. Ventilator/Trach experience required.
* At least 1 prior travel experience REQUIRED.
• Charting Experience: EPIC preferred.
Unit Information: 36 beds. Med Surg Intermediate Care unit. Heavy Tele. Stable, weaning Vents/Trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, Ortho Trauma, spinal cord injury and Stroke. Primary Patients/Insulin Drips Patient Ratio: 4:1. • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely- fast past unit
