Job details:

• Board Certified/Eligible Pediatrician
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm Saturdays 9:00 am-12:00 pm (each full-time physician has one scheduled weekday off)
• Currently a traditional practice model with providers following patients in the hospital, pediatric and newborn care and level 2 nursery.
• Practice averages 75 c-sections per year. Total pediatric admissions (excluding newborns) for was 37
• Average patients seen 18-25
• Call schedule: 1:2 practice call with phone triage answering service
• EMR-eClinicalWorks
• First two years of employment, compensation package of $185,000-$210,000 (with guaranteed salary)
• After year 2 compensation package will include transition to a guaranteed salary with production bonus
