Providence is calling for applications for our March 2026 RN Fellow – Mother Baby Unit . An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
