One provider will cover St. Mary's Hospital and one provider will cover St. Francis Medical Center. The clinic is also supported by a NP who rotates sites.How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 1Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: NoNumber of Exam Rooms: 3Onsite Lab: NoOnsite Ultrasound: YesDescribe Office Equipment: GE 10 Describe Support Staff: RN clinic educator sonographer genetic counselor front office team What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 5What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 95Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: NANursery Level: IIIDocumentation System/EMR: EPIC viewpoint Trauma Level/Designation: N/ARequired Procedures/Skill Sets: Amniocentesis Chorionic Villus Sampling cerclage preferred Pre-Eclampsia Multiple Pregnancy Growth Restriction Chromosomal Abnormalities Congenital abnormalities Pre-term Labor Hypertension Thrombophilia Genetic Disorders Birth Defects Vaginal Birth Cesarean Birth any fetal or maternal co-morbidities that make the pregnancy high riskEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
Schedule Varied, Mon-Fri clinic coverage 8a-415p, with nightly call on weekdays and 24hr weekend call coverage
