Direct Hire Nurse Manager Role $100,000 to $120,000 per year in Florence, South Carolina

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the clinical nursing team while managing both clinical and administrative duties
- Facilitates and directs patient care services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
- Initiates and participates in quality assessment and improvement programs, monitors performance, and maintains a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Creates and maintains a work environment conducive to effective communication, collaboration, teambuilding and nursing professionalism
- Encourage and maintain a team culture that encourages and rewards excellence in patient care.

Key Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in South Carolina
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, Bachelor's of Science (BSN) preferred
- Recent supervisory or leadership experience within a clinical setting
- A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) in an inpatient rehab setting
- CRRN certification preferred. Must obtain certification if hired within 12 months of meeting eligibility requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
Compensation and Schedule:
- Salary range beginning at $100K but can be significantly more based on years of experience and education
- $10,000 sign-on bonus!
- Strong benefits that start on Day 1!
- Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
