Seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse PMHNP to join fantastic team in NW New Hampshire to provide mental health services for its Primary Care Clinic or hospital unit.
- The primary care clinic refers patients to the mental health team for further diagnoses and treatment. Conditions can include anxiety, eating disorders, bi-polar, PTSD and Schizoaffective Disorder.
- On the inpatient side, it is a 10- bed voluntary short-stay inpatient unit for older adults (65 years old and up) struggling with mental health concerns. Designed and staffed to treat the needs associated with aging in a caring and sensitive environment, this unit is a 'referral in' center for New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, and beyond.
