Exclusive Radiology Generalist Locum On-site and Remote ,seeking somebody who can fill multiple weeks for an extended term while we explore permanent coverage options.in Forest City and Northern Illinois.

Start Date: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing

Coverage Needed: On-site and Remote

Schedule: 7a - 5p ( Start time and end time flexible )

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIRED
• IL License and DEA REQUIRED or IMLC (with LOQ in hand)
• ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED ( ATLS may also be required )
• Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
• Full Time Availability - REQUIRED

Position Details:

• interpret X-ray, CT, US, MRI, with some peds
