- 24-hour call coverage 7am - 7am
- Call schedule approximately 4 - 5 days per month
- Must perform surgical procedures
- Must complete charting during normal shift
- 4 hours patient contact included in on-call rate
- Must respond to calls per medical staff guidelines
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
