This role is for a local Class A CDL driver based in Reno, NV, delivering sheet metal parts using a manual transmission tractor-trailer. Local Class A CDL Driver - Home Daily ($35/hr + OT)
Location: Reno, NV

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Rate: $35.00 per hour + Excellent Overtime.
Weekly Average: Earn $2,000+ per week.
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (Off Friday/Saturday).
Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Home Time: 100% Local. Every CDL driver is home daily.

Role & Responsibilities
In this position, the CDL driver will deliver sheet metal parts, hoods, and bumpers to local stores.

Equipment: Manual Tractor with a 53ft Dry Van.
Freight: This is a touch freight role using a pallet jack or hand cart.
Terrain: Must be comfortable navigating mountain passes in winter conditions. The ability and willingness to chain tires is required.

Qualifications

Experience: 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
Transmission: Proficiency with a Manual Transmission (No automatic restrictions).
License: Valid Class A CDL and current Medical Card.
Safety: Good driving record and acceptable accident history.
