Tenet Healthcare along with DMC Medical Group is actively seeking a fellowship-trained BE/BC skull base neurosurgeon for a full-time, employed opportunity in Detroit, MI. We have a newly appointed, fully accredited, Neuro Critical Care Fellowship program to support our neurosciences programs.
What to Expect / Key Responsibilities:
- Mix of General NS and Skull base procedures
- Typical schedule: 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 OR/Procedure/Call days per week
- Shared call with 3 providers– 8 NPs to assist with inpatient rounds 24/7
- Specialized Equipment/Resources: PACs on site – attached to hospital
- Working mainly out of the DMC Neurosurgery clinic downtown at Harper Hospital (ACC), Sinai-Grace and Huron Valley
- Supportive ancillary staff available
- Hospital privileges at all 5 DMC facilities
- A willingness to participate in research is welcomed.

Requirements:
- Board Certification - must have completed an accredited skull base fellowship
- Active MI Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ideally, the selected physician will have 3–5 years of experience outside of training
