A leading Orthopedics & Rehabilitation program is seeking a provider experienced in botox treatment for spasticity. While a physiatrist is ideal, neurologists or anesthesiology-trained pain specialists with the required skillset are welcome to apply.

You will practice independently in an outpatient clinic setting, with RN and MA support and a full patient schedule. No call, no OR, and no supervision required.

• Administer botox injections for spasticity management

• Provide care in an outpatient physiatry-focused environment

• Manage a full clinic schedule

• Work independently with clinical support staff

• Two full-day clinic sessions per week (8 AM 5 PM)

• Three weeks per month

• Flexible scheduling (AM & PM sessions available)

• No call responsibilities

• Board Certified in Physiatry, Neurology, or Anesthesiology/Pain Medicine

• Experience with botox for spasticity

• BLS certification

• Ability to practice independently

• Comfortable with a full outpatient load

The program is open to adjusting outpatient physiatry coverage if a provider with additional skills (such as EMGs) is identified. Providers matching the initial physiatry search criteria may also be considered.
