This restaurant group is operating over 60 locations of an iconic fast food brand. They are growing and looking to add a Restaurant General Manager to the team!
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
· Manage restaurant operations excelling in brand standards.
· Work directly with stakeholders to help grow the business.
· Collaborate with other General Managers and Team Leaders to foster a guest driven environment.
· Implement store programs for sales growth.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
· 2+ years of General Manager experience in quick-service restaurants.
· Proven record of increasing sales and high guest satisfaction.
· Systems and Standards Champion
· Strong work ethic and a willingness to work alongside Team Members in every facet of the operation.
