Job Description

This position is flexible and will require coverage in either Med/Surg or Emergency Room, depending on departmental needs.

Position Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse.
Current California RN license in good standing.
ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications required.
TNCC required within one year of hire date.
Ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all organizational levels.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player, maintain confidentiality, respect colleagues, and be accountable for work output.

Additional Requirements

All nursing staff must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs (mandatory).
All temporary and registry staff must complete Sexual Harassment Prevention Training annually.
Training must be completed within 30 calendar days of hire or within 100 hours worked, whichever comes first.
Training must include a certificate of completion and should be collected by the agency prior to start date.
