The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical oversight and supervision for behavior intervention plans supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing intervention strategies, training caregivers and staff, and monitoring progress. Candidates must hold BCBA certification, relevant degrees, and experience working with developmental disabilities in a supervised clinical setting.
ALAY Home Care is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are caring, compassionate, and dependable professionals dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
The BCBA provides clinical oversight, ensures ethical and effective service delivery, and guides the RBT by offering supervision, training, and ongoing performance monitoring. While the BCBA oversees assessment and plan development, the implementation and daily monitoring are conducted by the RBT as part of the treatment team.
Pay Rate: $70/hr
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessment of challenging behaviors.

Develop structured behavior intervention plans.
-
Provide initial and ongoing caregiver and staff training.

Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides during plan implementation.

Reassess and update plans based on progress and data.
Requirements/ Qualifications :
-
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, special education, social work, public health counseling, or a similar degree

Must be currently licensed as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Valid CPR/First Aid Certification

1 year working with people with developmental disabilities

With 1 year of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities involving behavioral assessment and the development of behavior support plans

Have demonstrated experience in positive behavior support and/or applied behavior analysis

Demonstrate superior knowledge of the function of behaviors and the use of Functional Behavior Analysis for the development of program goals and intervention plans
