Seeking an experienced, proactive Account Manager to prospect new business and retain an existing book of customers for Waste Connections using consultative selling. Responsibilities include building relationships via in-person meetings, securing and maintaining contracts, recording intelligence in Salesforce, and meeting sales retention/activity targets. Role requires strong presentation/communication skills, CRM and Microsoft Office familiarity, frequent driving, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
