Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions
Provide direct therapy services to children with autism, including one-on-one and group sessions
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and consistent implementation of treatment plans
Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate records of patient progress
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Earned Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education)
No experience as a BCBA (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) needed.
Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
