Family Medicine Physician role, Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 with one late night (to 18:00) and one early morning; avg 18–22 outpatients/day; 36 patient-contact hrs + 4 admin hrs; permanent, outpatient practice in Indiana; physician responsible for own call with nurse triage support. - Valid MD/DO and state medical license - Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine - Experience in outpatient primary care (preferred) - DEA registration - Ability to manage independent call duties
