We are seeking Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistants for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in New York, beginning Jan 2, 2026. This opportunity involves 12-hour shifts covering both days and nights in the Neuro ICU and SICU Stepdown. Flexibility is essential, as assignments may alternate between day and night shifts to address evolving clinical needs.

- Schedule: Two positions for 7am–7pm and two positions for 7pm–7am; 12-hour shifts; providers must be willing to switch between day and night shifts as needed
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide care in the Neuro ICU and SICU Stepdown units
- Manage critically ill patients in intensive and stepdown settings
- Respond to rapidly changing clinical conditions and support multidisciplinary care teams
- Adapt to various assignments based on hospital coverage gaps and patient needs
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and documentation standards
Additional Information- Must hold an active Physician Assistant license in New York
- Required board certification: Cardiology
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is non-negotiable
