Soderstrom has offices in Peoria, Morton, Peru, Galesburg, Moline, and Normal, Illinois, and offices in Clinton, Davenport and Muscatine, Iowa.Position Description: Chief Clinical OfficerSoderstrom Dermatology Center is seeking a CCO/CMO that will take on the challenge of succeeding and building upon the achievements of founding physician and current CCO, Charles Soderstrom, MD. The physician leader will join a highly productive practice and growing organization and have a history of proven leadership capabilities, track record of achievements and strong clinical judgment, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated ability to conceptualize key healthcare trends to champion a team environment. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CCO will serve as the clinical leader and is responsible for supervision and leadership of the practices clinical staff. The CCO will be tasked with creating and further cultivating a culture of teamwork through the direct engagement of each provider. The CCO will be committed to leading the medical team according to the organizational philosophy of the best interest of the patient is the only one to be considered. Additionally, the CCO will actively participate on the Board of Directors of MedPro Advantage, assisting and supporting the financial performance of the practice, including but not limited to budget review and growth strategies.
