The Activities Assistant, also known as Vibrant Living Assistant, supports senior residents by organizing and leading a variety of physical, intellectual, cultural, and recreational activities to enhance their engagement and well-being. The role involves planning events, promoting activities through various communication channels, assisting with event setup, and occasionally transporting residents. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, a positive attitude, and a valid driver's license for occasional driving duties.

Responsibilities:
Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
Help set up and break down events and activities.
Salary range: USD $18.00 - USD $20.75 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure:
$18.00-$20.75/hour

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
