Job Function:

• Prepare and file tort claim notices, PIP applications, and initial claim correspondence accurately and on time.

• Draft Answers to Interrogatories, discovery responses, and amended interrogatories independently.

• Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately throughout the process.

• Request, review, and coordinate medical records with attorneys as needed.

• Manage and resolve Medicare/Medicaid and ERISA liens efficiently.

• Draft and serve subpoenas and coordinate with medical and liability experts on deadlines and reports.

• Assist with trial preparation and support settlement efforts, including releases and stipulations of dismissal.
