We are currently seeking a Barista to join our team and deliver exceptional coffee experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft Beverages: Prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews to high standards.
- Service: Greet customers, take orders via POS, and provide menu recommendations.
- Maintenance: Keep the bar and seating areas clean; sanitize equipment regularly.
- Operations: Handle transactions accurately and restock inventory as needed.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong multitasking and clear communication under pressure.
- Physical: Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility: Available for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or coffee experience is preferred.
