We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Technology Liaison - Conventional Debt to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Analyze and define business requirements and functional or operational specifications for small to moderate sized projects of limited complexity.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives, interfacing with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes.
- Collect and translate business or functional requirements into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes.
- Support testing and training efforts for new or enhanced applications and systems, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with technology teams to enhance business applications.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Technical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY corporate policies involving risk and control to support improved business processes through technology.
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Prior experience working in an agile ecosystem, highly preferred
