Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting order management and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support
- Manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Monitor open orders and work with stakeholders to clear blocked orders within SLA
- Collaborate with billing and fulfillment teams to resolve related issues and improve operational efficiency
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or related fields preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus
