? Credentialing: 30-60 days; temporary privileges may apply

Minimum Requirements for Consideration
? Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC Only Neurology with Memory/Cognitive/Behavioral subspecialty
? Licensure: Active CA medical license & DEA
