OverviewSeeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate long-term care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a 78-bed skilled nursing environment caring for approximately 51–54 residents, including a small number of short-term rehab patients.

Position DetailsCompensation & Benefits- Union Pay Range: $39.04 – $47.62/hr (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a 3-year commitment

Qualifications - Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (or compact equivalent) - Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred - Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
