Job Description
We are seeking a Telemetry Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a telemetry population. The ideal candidate will be skilled in rhythm identification and possess strong critical care experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry patients, reading and interpreting cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide excellent patient care and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient assessments and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid NY State License in hand.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing.
- Must pass proctored tests for rhythm identification.
- Experience with critical drips and CVA patients preferred.
- Knowledge in Epic charting system.
