Opportunity
• Academic role where you blend clinical care, teaching and mentorship
• 220 shifts per year ( 8 weeks off) with paid home call
• 2-3 cases/day per anesthesiologist with diverse pediatric cases
• Supervise CRNAs and residents in a true team-based model
• $585K salary plus 5% QMP incentive, total comp can reach the ($614K) + extra call pay, relocation, sign-on options, CME, and PSLF eligibility
