Schedule: 12 clinic days/month and 5 ICU shifts/month; day clinic shifts and night ICU shifts possible. - Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care (BC)
- Experience managing inpatient ICU and outpatient pulmonary care
- Ability to work day clinic shifts and ICU shifts (including nights)
- Valid DEA and hospital privileges or ability to obtain

Facility is seeking a BC Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our dedicated and dynamic team.
Schedule - 1.0 FTE includes:
- 12 clinic days per month
- 5 ICU shifts per month
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Clinic work scheduled during the day shift
- Flexible Scheduling: Promotes work-life balance
- Position will split time between clinic and ICU
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of pulmonary and critical care conditions
- Compensation:
- Day Shift: $275/hour (includes clinic work)
- Night Shift: $290/hour
- Quality Incentive: $25,000 annually
- Required: CA license
