We’re currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Charge Nurse to join our Personal Care / Assisted Living team. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve elderly residents as they transition from independent living to assisted living. Pay & Schedule

• $2,000 Sign On Bonus! 
  
• $30.80 – $33.30/hour
• Shift differentials: +$1.25/hr weekends | +$1 evenings | +$0.50 nights
• 32 hours Week 1 / 40 hours Week 2
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for Resident Assistants in assigned neighborhoods
• Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders
• Monitor residents, complete documentation, and support assessments, admissions, and discharges
• Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with all state/federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership
• Support Fairmount’s mission by creating a caring, respectful, and empathetic environment

Physical & Emotional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, crouching, and resident care tasks
• Strong composure to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in emergency or stressful situations
