- Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
- Minimum experience interpreting X‑ray, fluoroscopy; experience with CT/MRI/US preferred
- Active malpractice coverage or eligible through employer-arranged policy
- Ability to credential within 30–60 days
