We’re looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join a forward-thinking team and drive marketing programs with precision and enthusiasm. This role offers the opportunity to enhance collaboration across diverse teams and streamline processes while advancing significant projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dealer website and marketing programs, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Create project plans and maintain timelines, keeping all stakeholders well-informed.
• Manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail and proactive communication.
• Facilitate solutions to issues with dealers promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager for proactive updates across teams.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance program delivery.

Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the capability to adapt quickly to business needs.
• Proficiency in Excel, including functions like V-lookup and pivot tables.
• Dependable with a robust commitment to task follow-through.
