General Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintain guest satisfaction with the assistance of the staff
• Coach and develop team members on a daily basis to improve the guest experience
• Work with fellow managers to obtain weekly budget goals
• Maintains weekly inventories and schedules

Genearl Manager Requirements:

• Open minded, Hands-on Leadership Skills
• 3+ years General Manager experience
• Full Service experience
• ServeSafe (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
