Job Details:

• M-F 8am-5pm schedule, Outpatient only. Minimal weekends
• Can choose between Hospital employed or Independent contractor
• Arrange referral for patients requiring services not offered at the Medical Center
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Obtain health history and perform physical examinations
• Diagnose and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment
