- Additional Details: *Established clinic needs an experienced Family/Primary Care PA*Provider schedule: Four 10-Hour Shifts per week and have some flexibility to a different schedule if preferred*No Nights, Weekends or Call*Clinic sees up to 16 patients per day*Must be able to see all ages.*Will work with other providers and full support staff*Must be able to work independently*Must be comfortable working in a rural area*Prefers active CA license, but will wait for a CA license on right provider.*Great annual salary*HUGE Sign On Bonus with a 36 month commitment*Excellent Benefits package
