RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts in a 3x12 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Work every other weekend
• No call requirements
• Float to stepdown and medical surgical units as needed
• Manage patient ratios of 2:1 or 3:1
• Work with 32-bed unit capacity
• Use EPIC electronic medical records system
• 2+ years of critical care experience required
• Must pass medication and math competency test with 90% passing grade before assuming medication administration responsibilities
• Required certifications: Current Arkansas licensure, BLS, ACLS
• CCRN certification preferred
• Must wear black scrubs with no open-toe shoes
• Fast-paced environment seeking upbeat and driven nurses
• Care for medical ICU patients requiring intensive monitoring and care
