Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and treatment.
- Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
- Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on urgency.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and wellness strategies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Position Details
Qualifications
- Primary Care: 1 year experience (Required)
- Strong knowledge of internal medicine practices and procedures.
- Experience with medical records management, including proficiency in EPIC.
- Ability to perform essential procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Strong critical thinking skills for effective diagnostic evaluation and triage of patients.
Education Bachelor's Degree-Physician Assistant (Required), Master's Degree-Physician Assistant (Preferred)
