Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual income: $180,000 $291,000 (fee-for-service model; uncapped)

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field
- Active or in-process Pennsylvania license and DEA
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred; post-acute care a plus
- Strong interpersonal and clinical leadership skills
