Job Description & Responsibilities
- Join an established group of 4 Ophthalmologists and 3 Optometrists.
- High quality clinical environment with state-of-the-art equipment
- Comprehensive Optometric Practice: Routine eye exams, diagnosis and management of ocular disease including glaucoma, cataract, cornea disease, diabetic retinal exams and monitoring age-related macular degeneration. Provide urgent care during clinic hours.
- Day Call 8:00 AM 4:30 PM some weekdays
- Referral patterns to tertiary care ophthalmologists are well established
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $184,483 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
- Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
- Training stipend up to $40,000 for up to 18 months prior to graduation
