Telemetry / Med-Surg RN – Multi-Unit Float • Location: Must live 50+ miles from facility (no locals) • Shift/Hours: 36–48 hrs/week | OT billable after 40/48 hrs • NBO: 16 hrs | OT/Holiday: 1.15x | Call-back: 1.5x (2-hr min) | On-call: $9/hr | Charge/Precept: $6/hr • EMR: EPIC • Unit: 16 beds | Ratios 5:1 • Patient Types: Telemetry, Post-Op Surgical, Ortho, General • Drips: Insulin, Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone • Duties: Responsible for reading & measuring telemetry
