JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Comprehensive health assessments and deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to promote wellness and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Nurse Practitioner License in Virginia
• Current DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS (or ability to obtain)
