Population: Neonates → Pediatrics (must have high-risk delivery experience)
Systems: Epic (Required)
⚙ Required Experience:
- NICU experience
- High-risk deliveries & surfactant administration
- Umbilical blood gases
- Draeger & Servo I ventilators
- BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, trach collar
- ABG interpretation & Basic EKG
Float: Yes - includes floating to Adult units if needed
Scrubs: Hunter Green
Weekends: Every Other
RTO: Max 7 days
Holidays: Expected to work per facility holiday rules
