Position Type: Full-Time Physician Family Medicine

A physician-led outpatient practice in Saratoga, NY is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. This role offers a balanced schedule, strong clinical support, and long-term career growth.

• Provide outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
• Work within a physician-led care team
• 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient care
• Average patients per day
• Light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
• Occasional telemedicine coverage on select weekends (every few months)
• Collaboration with APPs, with opportunity for added compensation
• Teaching opportunities with medical students and NP/PA students
• EPIC EMR used for all documentation
• Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Must obtain Board Certification within required timeframe if BE
• Active New York license or willingness to obtain
• DEA and ACLS required by start date
• Clean malpractice and licensing history Required
• Strong interest in full-scope primary care for all age groups
• Not open to candidates with lapsed board certification
• Visa sponsorship not available
• 1099, locums, and long-distance commuters not accepted

• Full-time position
• Flexible 4- or 5-day work week options
• Shared, low-frequency call with nurse triage support

• Base salary: $250,000 $260,000
• Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 (paid in first paycheck)
