Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Emergency Department and demonstrate a professional, positive, compassionate attitude while working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages in the emergency department.
- Manage patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations effectively.
- Assist in triaging and prioritizing patient care based on clinical needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental processes and patient care practices.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Emergency Department setting.
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, Handle with Care, and NIH certifications are required.
- Experience with electronic health records (Primarily MedHost and Meditech).
