As an IV Therapy RN you're responsible for providing specialized care for patients who need medications, therapies, fluids, and nutrition to be delivered though the bloodstream. IV Therapy RNs insert, monitor, and remove IVs, so you must have a well-practiced hand and a calm bedside manner!
