ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN NEEDED IN DC
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, membership-based veterinary care organization built to deliver exceptional medicine in a sustainable, clinician-first environment and are seeking Veterinarians. Veterinarians here are supported with 30–60 minute appointments, dedicated administrative time, and a strong doctor-to-support-staff ratio, allowing you to practice high-quality, Fear Free medicine without burnout. ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $150,000–$185,000

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Active DC veterinary license or ability to obtain
- 4+ years small animal general practice experience
- Strong communication and client service skills

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions
- Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Deliver preventive care, vaccinations, and client education
- Maintain accurate digital medical records and communication
- Partner closely with veterinary nurses and support staff
- Practice medicine with extended appointments and protected admin time
